I don't know why!but everytime before SSM proficiency test I'm super stress up lahs): I wanted to find people to whine to how stress I am.
hahas yq keep telling me not to stress and dont understand why im so stress. whereas I dont understand why she can be so confident for it. Okay for the wine opening i kept practising at home cos i found an old soya sauce bottle with a CORK!and i was so happy.so i started using the hammer to hammer the cork into the bottle and kept practising.the only thing is i cant cut the foil in a clean cut lah.

Arhh and i haven memorise all the items on the menu la.shit liao.and i cant rmb. the every single ingredient.haishais. it's one now and time's running out, maybe i shouldnt sleep to memorise the menu tonight(:
okay i shall calm myself down cos i know being nervous wouldn't help solve things.
I shall crap soem stuffs that i rmb here.

SALAD- MESCLUN SALAD, BELL PEPPER STRIPS, CHERRY TOMATOES, OLIVES AND TOASTED WALNUT.3 CHOICES OF DRESSING, French(Fr), italian(It) and Thousand Island(Th).

VIET SP- Prawns. chuncks of pineapple and tomato cubes are cooked in chicken based stock flavoured with garlic, dried chilli paste, fish sauce, tamarind and lime juice.

THAI SP- Bite sized chicken breast, tomato wedges and strawmushrooms cooked in soup make of coconut milk and chicken stock and flavoured with lemon grass, garlic,shallots,red chillies,galangal,fish sauce,and kaffir lime leaves and fresh lime juice.

VIET ROLLS- Satueed mushroom , finely shredded carrots, onions and shallots and herbs are wrapped in rice paper served with nouc cham sauce( vietnamese chilli paste with bird's eyes chilli, lime juice, minced garlic and fish sauce)

STEAK- grilled Sirloin steak served with baked potato and mixed vegetable. 2 chocies of sauce- black pepper red wine sauce or mushroom port wine sauce. choice of doneness- raw, medium raw, medium, medium well, well done. choice of mustard to go along with- milder french dilgon mustard, hotter english mustard).
