Im finally updating! I shall blog about my bkk trip and internship for keepsake! hahahas.
Basically the trip's was fun and i think my money spent was so worth it compared to 2 years ago! Set off to the airport round 4 plus without sleep the previous night, met chel, her mum, yq and meiyi at airport and rushed for our plane aft breakfast! I slpt through the flight and in the blink of an eye we reached bkk! Our hotel's q cool though its 3 stars only, close to the great bargain malls only bad thing is the stuffy corridors, slow toilet and smelly carpark we have to pass by evday! Went to places like platinum mall, pantip plaza, suanlum night bazzar, chinatown, MBK, chatuchak, pratunum market, the grand palace, etc! I love the bags there!super pretty and cheap!around 10 bucks sgd each or cheaper but too bad cant buy much cos luggage will overload. Great variety of clothings there but hard to get reallyreally gd quality ones but i still got clothes that i like! especially my lacey rose top. hahahas. Meiyi's always shopping for presents for others, rachel's a shopping queen and me and yq were q rational with our spending! hahahas. got few stocks for our shop though(:
Visiting the grand palace was a fun experience. Initially i knew we had to wear long pants to visit this place so i brought leggings! Turns out when we were there, there's this signboard saying no tight pants allowed and i must wear their traditional sarong in order to get in! The freaking sign showing no tight pants allowed is damn hilarious!Everyone was laughing at me man. Overall trip there was q gd, get to see their magnificient structures, the culture, their emerald buddha and lots more.
Food's great! Love tom yum! and i was advised not to eat their roadside food stuff but i simply couldnt resist! i was craving for smth liek carrot cake for days that everyone couldnt stand it hahahs. in the end bought them and it turns our to be some seafood stuff! nice too though(: Buffet at Baiyoke sky's 76th storey's a great experience too! Even though food's damn limited, its nice too and we love the prawns so much! veryvery fresh!
Missed baby much and when i finally touched down in Singapore, was so relieved to get in touch w him aft 4 days w/o communication! Turns out evthing is bad for him in spore!poor thing): but luckily he got better after im back hahas(:
After resting for a day! Its the start of my internship at 5 stars! First day was damn slacked, our asst manager went through lectures w us and nothing much. 2nd day, i was placed at the msia/indonesia counter serving real customers through phone calls and i think i learnt alot by these! Senior jiayi was very helpful unlike another guy who was sitting beside me. Theres a variety of fares and stuff and i know it takes time to learn! I will work harder to get evthing right man, there's really a sense of great achievement when you managed to help your customers! The calls and rings are non stop ones which helps us to pass time quickly! 3rs day today, managed to make a booking which is fast already, but not sure whether the booking is confirmed! I hope its great and evthing gets through so i have a booking under my name which is cool! ok thats all for now!:D
